The dormakaba DKPS-2A power supply/charger is designed to convert 120-240 VAC, 50 or 60Hz into a continuous 2 Amp supply at 12 or 24VDC power outputs (switch selectable). The DKPS series power supply has 2 supervisory outputs (AC power fail and battery fail) and the power distribution controller board also has 2 supervisory outputs (DC Fail and status) that can be connected to remote access control units to monitor the power supply operation. Supervisory outputs have form C relay.
This DKPS model includes a power distribution controller board that features electronic over-current protection on the 8 voltage outputs that can be used in a wide array of access control and egress door applications. Application permitting, the DKPS series power supply pro- vides several standby battery options for continuous power in case of an AC power failure for a specified period of time.
